Hybridge Capital acquires Myrtle Beach resort

Hybridge Capital Management, a Los Angeles-based investment firm focused on commercial real estate and technology, has acquired The Yachtsman Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The deal was secured out of bankruptcy in an off-market transaction. Other details were not disclosed.

Peachtree Hotel Group Buys Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Columbia

Peachtree Hotel Group has acquired the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Columbia for an undisclosed price. The nine-story, 189-room hotel features 5,213 square feet of flexible meeting space, a full-size restaurant, bar, business center, high-speed internet, a gift shop, valet and a dry-cleaning service, as well as a free shuttle to the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
